Hello everyone today we are going to learn about the food pyramid.


A food pyramid is a representation of the optimal number of servings to be eaten each day from each of the basic food groups. The first pyramid was published in Sweden in 1974. The 1992 pyramid introduced by the United States Department of Agriculture was called the " Food Guide pyramid".


Cereals 

Cereals are wheat, rice, maize, oat, barley, rye etc are Cereals. contribute 75% of calories and 67% of protein intake and are the most important source of food all over the world with 60% of calories and protein consumed provided 10000-15000J/kg of energy, approximately 15-20 times more than fruits and Vegetables.


Vegetable and Fruit

Fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals that are good for your health. These include vitamins A (beta-carotene), C and E, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous and folic acid. Folic acid may reduce blood levels of homocysteine, a substance that may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease.


Milk and Meat and its products

Both milk and meat products are a source of high-quality protein as determined from their protein content and essential amino acid profile. Milk is a source of calcium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium and vitamin B2 and B12. Meat is a source of iron, zinc and vitamin B12.


Oil and fats

Fats and oils make an important contribution to adequate nutrition, they are a source of energy for the body, they insulate and protect the body's vital organs, they are a source of essential fatty acids and they are required for the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.

what is Basketball/ Written by Adarsh kishor Singh.

 Hello everyone today we are going to learn about basketball.



Rules

Rules in basketball are made to ensure the safety of the players. the most common rules are not the use the leg, not to carry the ball and not fighting. this game has many actions which are being used. there are at least five players who should be in both teams.


Ground 

We have to learn about the ground too. there is the basket where we have to throw the ball then there is the rebound. rebound tells that if you will be inside it you will not be able to throw the ball. Next is the 2d line it is a lot of hard work to throw. the length from the basket to the 2d line is 22ft. next is the 3d line it is a seme circle which covers the basket. the length from the basket to the 3d line is 24ft. the ground has to baskets.


GK 

basketball is run by the NBA. the best player of basketball Michael Jordan He lives in the US. The Star shield Trophy is given to the best player of basketball.

The Eight planets of then solar system/ Written by Adarsh Kishor Singh.

Hello everyone today we are going to leam about the  8 planets of the solar system.




Mercury

Mercury is the first planet from the sun. it was named after a Greek god. but it is not the hottest.it doesn't have any atmosphere 


Venus

Venus is the second planet from the sun. It has a very thick atmosphere which is made of carbon dioxide it also not have any moon.


Earth

Earth is a unique planet because there is life on it. it has a moon its name is The moon it also have an atmosphere.


Mars 

Mars has an atmosphere and is the fourth of the moon. it has two moons one is Phobos and the other is demos. it said that demos will collide with mars and then Mars will have a ring just like Saturn.


Jupiter 

Jupiter has many facts the most popular is that there is a red spot in which there is a very big storm which is going from billions of years ago and the other one is that we can fit 1 thousand earths and it rains diamonds.

Saturn is known for its rings as it has seven big rings that are made of ice dust there is a moon of its which could have liquid methane seas and has an atmosphere. Saturn is the densest planet in the solar system which means that it will float in water.

Uranus 

Uranus is the first planet that was discovered by a telescope and it revolves sideways and it has rings.
it is very cold

Neptune 

Neptune is the last planet in the solar system and it is very cold the planet holds many secrets about the ninth planet. the first manmade satellite that visited the planet was voyager 1.

Jupiter 

Jupiter has many facts the most popular is that there is a red spot in which there is a very big storm which is going from billions of years ago and the other one is that we can fit 1 thousand earths and it rains diamonds.

Saturn

Saturn is known for its rings as it has seven big rings that are made of ice dust there is a moon of its which could have liquid methane seas and has an atmosphere. Saturn is the densest planet in the solar system which means that it will float in water.

Isro's full form is the Indian space Reacherch organization. Isro is very amazing as it has many record some of the records are: launching 104 satellites and launch a satellite to Mars in one go.

so these were the achievements of Isro now we are going to see the rockets which Isro makes
